1. The Promoter

The promoter is TIPPLE SPORTS LTD (company number 16339345), registered office at 4th Floor, Silverstream House 45 Fitzroy Street, Fitzrovia, London, England, W1T 6EB ("Tipple", "we", "us").

2. The Promotion

The Tipple £500 Giveaway is a free-to-enter prize draw. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Entry is via sharing your picks on X, Instagram, or Facebook using the official share image (created by tapping the share button in the Tipple app) and tagging @tipplesports. The app is free to download.

3. Eligibility

3.1 The draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.

3.2 Employees of TIPPLE SPORTS LTD their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the administration of this draw may not enter.

3.3 By entering, you confirm you meet these requirements and agree to these terms.

4. Entry Period

4.1 The draw opens at 12:00PM (BST) on Monday 6th July 2026 and closes at 12:00PM (BST) on Saturday 15th August 2026.

4.2 Entries received after the closing time will not be counted.

5. How to Enter

5.1 To enter, you must: (a) download the Tipple app (free on the App Store and Google Play) and create an account; (b) submit your predictions for a gameweek within the entry period; and (c) share your picks to a public social media account using the in-app share feature, tagging @tipplesports in the post.

5.2 The entry is limited to one per person, changing picks and resharing will not give you additional entries.

5.3 Your social media post must be publicly visible and must remain live until the draw date. Posts from private accounts cannot be verified and will not count as entries.

5.4 One account per person. Entries made through multiple or automated accounts will be disqualified and the account suspended.

6. The Prize

6.1 The prize is £500 (five hundred pounds sterling), paid to the winner by bank transfer.

6.2 There is one prize and one winner. The prize is not transferable.

6.3 The prize will be paid within 30 days of the winner confirming acceptance and providing valid payment details.

7. Winner Selection

7.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on Monday 17th August 2026, using a verifiably random computer process.

7.2 The draw is final in the sense that the random result will not be re-run, except where the selected entrant is ineligible or cannot be contacted under clause 8.

8. Winner Notification

8.1 The winner will be contacted within 7 days of the draw via the email address on their Tipple account and/or by direct message on the social account used to enter.

8.2 The winner must respond and confirm acceptance within 14 days of first contact. If they do not, or if they are found to be ineligible, we reserve the right to select a replacement winner at random from the remaining valid entries.

9. Publicity

9.1 In line with UK advertising rules, we will make available on request the surname and county of the winner. If you object to this, contact us at contact@tipplesports.com - we must still provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required.

9.2 We may announce the winner's username on our social channels. Any further publicity involving the winner is voluntary and by agreement.

10. Data Protection

10.1 Personal data collected for this draw will be used only to administer the draw and award the prize, and will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy at tipplesports.com/privacy-policy.

11. General

11.1 We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or not received due to technical failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

11.2 We reserve the right to disqualify any entry that breaches these terms or involves fraudulent activity.

11.3 If the promotion cannot run as planned for reasons outside our reasonable control, we reserve the right to amend these terms or suspend the promotion, and will only do so where circumstances make it unavoidable. Any changes will be communicated to entrants as soon as reasonably possible.

11.4 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple, Google, Meta Platforms Inc. (Instagram/Facebook) or X Corp. You release these platforms from any liability connected with this promotion.

11.5 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
