Crap. Just crap. Not the week I needed to get back into the game but luckily Will and Schoey are still only a gameweek’s worth of points away. Still very catchable, let’s hope for a better points haul next week.
Schoey: 8 points

Stockport 1-0 Huddersfield (BIG BET) - Draw (0pts)
Bradford P-P Rotherham - Home (2pts)
Leyton Orient 1-1 Cardiff - Away (0pts)

Two postponed games wasn't a great start to the weekend for me. But at least it meant I wasn't going to get -10! Which was closer to reality than I would've liked as I only got one other of my predictions correct. Even on a weekend when some games seemed wildly more mismatched than usual, I still managed to be pretty crap. I'm hoping, much like my beloved team Coventry, I can make my way out of this mediocre patch.
Will: 18 points
Picks
Stockport 1-0 Huddersfield (BIG BET) - Home (8pts)
Luton 2-1 Stevenage - Draw (0pts)
Crewe 1-1 Harrogate - Home (0pts)
Tranmere 0-2 Bromley - Away (4pts)
Sutton 1-2 York - Away (4pts)
King’s Lynn P-P Alfreton - Home (2pts)

Well not too shabby at all, another 18pts in the bag. Now sitting only 5pts off Schoey at the top of the Twits league table. The Stockport last minute winner was made even sweeter for me watching Schoey’s reaction and complete disgust that he had just been robbed of the draw result.
Current Standings
1st) Schoey (Correct: 50, Points: 202)
2nd) Will (Correct: 50, Points: 197)
3rd) Kieran (Correct: 48, Points: 187)
Gameweek 22 Picks
Kieran
Swansea vs Birmingham (BIG BET) - Home
Very gut feeling on this one. Had a quick look at the home vs away form for the season to help a little bit, but apart from that just going off what my head is telling me. Up the swans!
Bradford vs Cardiff - Draw
Two of the better teams in league one this season and I messed up when this was the Big Bet in the reverse fixture earlier in the season. Now I can’t remember exactly what I put…and that might be a problem, but I’m going draw in this one, with fingers crossed.
Preston vs Derby - Home
Had a bit of an inside scoop that Derby and Tipple’s own Archie is going against his team today, so how could I refuse to do the same?
Leyton Orient vs Reading - Draw
With how animated the Reading fans were about Oxford’s rejected bid for Charlie Savage this week, you’d think he was the best player in the league. So surely they can scrape a draw at Leyton Orient with their superteam?
Swindon vs Salford - Home
Unfortunately I think we just all need to accept that Swindon are going up this season. Fair play to Holloway, he’s achieved something extremely impressive considering their financial troubles and dodgy owner that have halted them in previous years.
Brighton vs Bournemouth - Home
Purely going off of Bournemouth’s away form here, with just 7 points all season, theoretically this puts the odds in Brighton’s favour. Overall they are quite even sides though, so I think this will be a close and interesting match to watch.
Schoey
Swansea vs Birmingham (BIG BET) - Draw
Yes I have backed a draw in the big bet again! Just 2 points separate Swansea and Birmingham, and both are in pretty mediocre form lately. I was tempted to back Birmingham in this game seeing as they beat Coventry last week.. Until I saw their away stats for the season! Just 8 points away from home this season! that's shocking, only 1 point more than sheff wednesday!
Manchester United vs Manchester City - Away
Carricks first game as caretaker manager doesn't get much harder than this, as man city have now gone 13 games unbeaten in all comps. and frankly i think they are the much better team, in player quality and how they play as a team. Carrick will need to perform miracles to get something out of this game.
Watford vs Millwall - Home
Watford had a bit of a shock in their last match, getting battered 5-1 away at bristol city, though that was in the fa cup. Before that they seemed to be in a good run of form, losing just 1 game in their previous 13 games. I'm hoping they can continue that form now they will be back at home against millwall.
It won’t be easy.
Chelsea vs Brentford - Draw
Bit of a rogue pick this one. Brentford are flying and chelsea have been in pretty dreadful form recently. Rosenior will be hoping for than new manager bounce and even though I'm not sure on the bloke, I'll think they'll have enough to at least get a point at home this weekend. as long as Igor doesn't score 5 and get me minus points...
Charlton vs Sheffield United - Away
Charlton continue to struggle winning only 1 in their last 12 games. While Sheffield united will be looking to bounce back after their pretty poor display against Mansfield to get them knocked out of the fa cup. Before that they had won 7 in 10 games so im sure they will be keen to get back to winning ways.
Leyton Orient vs Reading - Away
Reading have been in great form of late, only dropping 2 possible points in their last 5 games. Orient on the other hand have lost 6 in their last 9 in all comps. Also the table does speak for itself as Reading are in 9th, 4 points of play offs, and Orient are currently sat in 18th, just 2 points off the relegation zone.
Will
Swansea vs Birmingham (BIG BET) - Away
I’m going for a Birmingham away win here. Last time out beating Coventry 3-2, which was their first win in the past 8 games so taking a bit of a risk here. My thought here is with the win against Cov and the win in the cup last week, this can help spark some momentum.
Manchester United vs Manchester City - Away
All I need to say is Man City win just how many is it going to be.
Chelsea vs Brentford - Home
This is going to be a tough game and could easily go either way. It’s Liam Rosenior first home game in the league he cannot afford anything but a home win. Brentford’s Thiago has been in good form with 5 goals in the last 2 premier league games. Chelsea will need to keep him quiet to win the game today.
Sunderland vs Crystal Palace - Home
Sunderland just have been the team of the season for me, they were predicted to be rock bottom by so many people including myself. I think they get the win today against Palace who provided the biggest shock in the FA Cup last week losing to Macclesfield. The news gets tougher with club captain Marc Guehi signing for Man City.
Charlton vs Sheffield United - Away
Looking on form for both sides Charlton have really started to slump after having a good start to the season. With only 1 win in the last 5. Sheffield on the other hand have won 3 of their last 5 beating Leicester and Stoke in the last two league games. I think Wilder knows how to win this game so I’m backing the Blades here.
Preston vs Derby - Home
Looking at the league table on this and it’s got to be a Preston win, the past two results have been strong showing scoring 5 and not conceding. They were knocked out the FA cup to Wigan but think Fans will be more focused on them staying in the play off places come May. Derby have had a mix of results the past 5 games winning 1 and conceding 6 goals. Preston Fans will see this as a must win game this weekend.
